The PVC-free rubber treading is designed for durability, helping limit the need for frequent replacement while reflecting environmentally conscious material choices. Its composition supports healthier indoor air quality and a reduced environmental impact by prioritizing durable, low-emission materials—an important consideration when adapting a historic building for modern use while respecting its original character.
