Hallway and Office Space Ductwork Advancing at the Peoples Bank Building

Crews install insulated ductwork through the hallways at the Peoples Bank building.

Crews at the Peoples Bank building continue shaping the interior mechanical systems with the installation of insulated ductwork through the main hallways reaching upper office spaces. Each piece of ducting is cut, wrapped, and sealed before being lifted into place and fastened to the overhead framing. The reflective insulation surrounding each section helps maintain airflow temperature. Crews work throughout the corridors completing runs of ducting that form the backbone of the new air system. This important step will provide comfort and air efficiency throughout the restored structure.
