Lighting Fixtures Removed Inside the Brown Brothers Building

Brown Brothers ceiling
A crew member uses bolt cutters to remove inactive wiring from the ceiling.

Inside the Brown Brothers Building, crews are removing older lighting fixtures as interior demolition continues. Each fixture is carefully detached along with its associated wiring, clearing the ceiling areas and opening the space above.

With these fixtures removed, the interior can accommodate updated electrical infrastructure and modern lighting systems. The work helps prepare the building for its next phase of restoration while maintaining the character of the historic structure.
