Public Website Serves as Central Hub for Daily Restoration, Construction and Redevelopment Progress Across the District
The Cleveland Street Alliance today released a new informational video highlighting how residents, visitors and community stakeholders can follow ongoing redevelopment progress across downtown Clearwater through the alliance’s public website, ClevelandStreetAlliance.com.
The website serves as a continuously updated public resource featuring daily redevelopment information related to historic restoration projects, construction activity, planning coordination, architectural progress, future entertainment destinations and downtown activation efforts.

Recent additions to the site include public planning materials, restoration updates, redevelopment exhibits and informational signage installed at the future EVO Entertainment destination site to help residents better understand the proposed 5-acre site configuration and planning vision.
“Downtown Clearwater’s transformation continues progressing through an extensive public planning, restoration and redevelopment process,” said a representative of the Cleveland Street Alliance. “The goal of the website is to provide an ongoing public window into the visible work taking place across the district every day.”
