Scaffolding Rises at the Peoples Bank Building for Exterior Finish Work

Scaffolding erected on building exterior.
Scaffolding is assembled along the façade of the Peoples Bank building.

Scaffolding is going up around the Peoples Bank building as crews prepare for the next phase of exterior work. The multi-level structure now rising along the façade will provide access for installing the building’s Exterior Insulation and Finish System, commonly known as EIFS. This system includes a layer of exterior insulation wrapped in protective foam and finished with a textured stucco coating. Once installed, it will help improve energy efficiency while providing long-term weather protection for the newly restored exterior.

Crews secure scaffolding components as the structure rises along the building.
Crews coordinate to raise scaffolding materials as exterior restoration continues.
