Crews at the Peoples Bank building are installing metal framing around the building’s structural beams. This process involves attaching bracing to the wall studs to strengthen the wall system, ensuring both stability and alignment as restoration progresses.

Once completed, the framed beams will be covered with wall finishes to integrate seamlessly with the building’s overall design. The work provides necessary support for upcoming finishes and marks a visible step in bringing new form and function to the historic structure.
