Exterior Insulation Work Enters Next Phase at the Peoples Bank Building

Work continues on the Peoples Bank building’s Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) as crews apply the next reinforced layer across the façade. After securing the insulation boards in place, teams embed reinforcing mesh and spread a textured, stucco-like base coat over the surface. This layered exterior system strengthens the walls while adding insulation and preparing the building for additional finish work. With each layer added, the façade becomes more defined and closer to full restoration.
