Originally constructed in 1914, the Telephone Building stands as one of downtown Clearwater’s most recognizable landmarks.

But what stands on Cleveland Street today is not simply restored—it has been rebuilt.

This was a true historic restoration at the highest level: the entire façade reconstructed brick by brick, with period-matched materials and full structural rebuilding behind the historic exterior.

One of the most recognizable commercial buildings in downtown Clearwater, the Woolworth building now stands restored to its original presence along Cleveland Street.

This is not a cosmetic upgrade—it has been a full reclamation of the building’s identity.

Decades of paint and stucco have been removed to reveal the original façade beneath—restoring the building’s authentic materials, proportions and historic character.
