With the former exterior-wall footings removed, crews are establishing new footing locations at 639 Cleveland Street. Workers are fitting and securing lumber within the cleared areas to create forms for the replacement foundation elements. The new footings will support the reinforced masonry wall planned above, preparing the site for the next stage of foundation construction.
