Concrete is being placed into the prepared parapet at 629–633 Cleveland Street, filling the masonry assembly around its reinforcing bars. Crews guide the concrete hose along the wall while monitoring the fresh concrete as it enters the formed sections. The completed fill will create the solid reinforced masonry assembly planned for the reconstructed parapet.
