Steel reinforcing bars are being assembled within the new wall footing forms at 639 Cleveland Street. Crews position and tie the bars within the prepared footing areas, creating the reinforced framework for the new foundations. The completed reinforcement will form part of the footings supporting the new exterior masonry walls as reconstruction continues.
