Crews have completed the demolition of the commercial kitchen hood at 635 Cleveland Street. Both the hood structure and all connected ductwork were removed in a single day. This work was part of the broader interior demolition, where all mechanical systems are carefully dismantled. Clearing the kitchen infrastructure prepares the space for future installation of updated equipment in the next phase of construction.
