Crews are installing hurricane ties and structural connectors along the existing roof framing at 623–627 Cleveland Street. These metal connectors secure the roof joists to the newly installed ledger boards, strengthening the connection between the roof and the building structure. These connectors improve resistance to uplift and lateral forces created by high winds, supporting the continued restoration of the building.
