Mixed Masonry Removed from Front Wall at 623–627 Cleveland Street

Worker uses demolition bar to remove front wall masonry.
A crew member operates a rotary hammer against the front wall, removing concrete block where it meets the existing brickwork.

Crews are removing portions of the existing front wall at 623–627 Cleveland Street where earlier construction combined brick and concrete block within the same wall areas. Workers are carefully breaking apart the mixed masonry to clear these sections and expose the wall for further preparation. Removing the material allows the front wall to be cleaned up before the next phase of structural work.
