New Front Beam Prepared for Concrete at 623–627 Cleveland Street

At the front of 623–627 Cleveland Street, crews are building the wood form for a new reinforced concrete beam. Plywood is being cut and secured around the structural area to contain the concrete during placement. The finished beam will become a permanent part of the structure supporting the renovated front portion of the building.
