Following the second-level masonry work, crews are constructing the third level of the west wall at 639 Cleveland Street. With scaffolding raised, concrete masonry units are being delivered to the elevated work area as the wall progresses upward toward the parapet. This continued vertical construction brings the west side closer to its planned full height.
