Masonry construction continues at 639 Cleveland Street as crews begin laying the next level of the west wall. With the first level filled with concrete and reinforcing steel, workers are placing additional concrete masonry units above it. Crews work along the elevated wall, aligning the blocks and building upward as the first side of the new masonry enclosure progresses.
