Foundation work continues at 635 Cleveland Street as crews pour concrete into the newly reinforced west wall footing forms. Workers guide the concrete hose across the prepared footing areas, filling around the reinforcing steel within the forms. Once the concrete cures, vertical wall construction can begin, marking the next step in rebuilding the west side of the building.
