Foundation work advances at 623–627 Cleveland Street as crews install reinforcing steel within the new footing forms. Workers are placing and securing rebar assemblies inside the formed foundation areas, preparing the footings for the upcoming concrete pour. The steel reinforcement will strengthen the new foundations and provide structural support for the rebuilt masonry walls and columns. Once installation and inspection are complete, concrete placement can proceed.
