Underground Sanitary Lines Installed at 623–627 Cleveland Street

Crews are installing below-grade sanitary piping at 623–627 Cleveland Street to serve the building’s new bathroom locations. Workers are excavating and refining the plumbing routes before positioning pipe sections and fixture stub-ups below the future floor level.

With the underground rough-in progressing, the plumbing system is taking shape beneath the building ahead of inspection, backfilling and preparation for the new concrete slab.
