Crews at 635 Cleveland Street completed the careful removal of the non-load-bearing steel support columns from the interior. Using precision cutting tools, each column was detached in sections and then extracted to clear the way for a redesigned open floor plan. This marks a key structural transition for the future restaurant space, which will now move into layout preparation and framing.
