Decorative columns have been added inside and outside the Woolworth Building lobby, introducing finishing details that help frame the space and reinforce its historic character. Crews installed the columns and finished them in a dark green paint selected to match the lobby interior—a color drawn from the building’s historically accurate 1930s palette. This addition helps tie together interior and exterior elements. With this step complete, the lobby is now prepared for the next phase as restoration continues.
