Demolition is well underway at the future site of the EVO Family Entertainment Center on the 700 block of Cleveland Street in Clearwater, Florida. This marks the first visible construction phase of the $50 million entertainment destination planned for downtown, using heavy equipment recently arrived on site as crews began dismantling existing structures along the Pinellas Trail corridor near Cleveland Street and Myrtle Avenue.
This location will serve as EVO Entertainment’s flagship multiplex and will drive sustained activity throughout downtown Clearwater as restoration and redevelopment efforts continue along Cleveland Street.
