Informational signage has been installed at the future site of the EVO Family Entertainment Center on the 700 block of Cleveland Street, providing a public overview of the planned five-acre entertainment destination and associated parking layout.
Located along the Pinellas Trail at the gateway to downtown Clearwater, the site recently entered active demolition following the removal of existing structures and extensive preconstruction activity. The signage reflects ongoing planning and redevelopment efforts tied to the future $50 million destination, which will include a seven-screen multiplex anchored by the largest cinema screen on Earth, alongside bowling, arcade attractions, dining and additional entertainment experiences.
The displays also identify the requested 0.28-acre interior parcel associated with the unified site configuration and pedestrian-oriented layout planned for the future entertainment destination.
