Heavy equipment clears the future Family Entertainment Center site on Cleveland Street as demolition activity transitions into large-scale debris removal and site clearing. Concrete slab material, steel reinforcement and remaining structural fragments are now being separated and hauled from the property following the recent demolition of existing buildings across the five-acre redevelopment site.
The work marks a visible shift from structural demolition to preparation of the cleared development parcel as activity continues at the future home of the EVO Family Entertainment Center. With debris steadily removed from the site, the property begins transitioning toward its next phase of redevelopment along the 700-block corridor.
