As part of the interior demolition at 629 Cleveland Street, crews completed a key environmental procedure: the safe and responsible removal of refrigerant from the building’s air conditioning systems.
Refrigerant must be handled with care due to its harmful environmental impact if released. The removal process was conducted with precision to eliminate the risk of atmospheric discharge. This effort ensured full environmental compliance and cleared the way for installing high-efficiency HVAC systems.
