Contractors have begun removing the existing built-up roofing system and deteriorated wood roof decking at 623–627 Cleveland Street. Crews are stripping away multiple layers of roofing material and loading debris for removal as work progresses across the full roof surface.
Once demolition is complete, a new roof deck will be installed, followed by a FiberTite roofing membrane designed to provide long-term weather protection and improved building performance. This phase marks a significant step in the ongoing renovation of the property and preparation for future tenant improvements.
