Exterior demolition is underway at 625–627 Cleveland Street as crews remove existing storefronts and aluminum framing along the building’s façade. Using sledgehammers and pry tools, teams break down tempered glass panels and detach metal window dividers, clearing each bay in preparation for reconstruction.
This phase aligns with the planned replacement of storefront systems, creating open, unobstructed bays that will accommodate updated materials while improving visibility and access at street level.
