Crews are painting the façade of the Woolworth building’s designated restaurant side—a key step in defining the building’s historic storefront layout. Historical photographs show that the right-hand storefront was a separate space from the original F.W. Woolworth Co. store and this restoration maintains that distinction.
Using long painter’s poles, crews apply a fresh coat of primer and paint across the two-story façade, working in teams to cover the entire surface. This detailed work enhances both the accuracy and the visual impact of the restored exterior.
