Façade Work Advances with New Storefront Paint at the Woolworth Building

Finished black Woolworth storefront. — Completed storefront showing the new black finish against brickwork.

Crews completed preparing and painting the storefront at the Woolworth building, marking a visible step forward in the restoration. Work began with sealing and smoothing the joints between the trim, window frames and entry doors to create a clean, uniform surface. Once the prep work was complete, the team applied black paint. The crew also sealed and painted the trim surrounding the F.W. Woolworth Co. sign, tying together the entire façade. The finished black storefront complements the surrounding brickwork and enhances the storefront’s period-inspired appearance.
