Fire-rated shaft walls are taking shape inside 623–627 Cleveland Street, providing the required fire-rated separation within the building’s interior. Crews measure and position shaft-wall liner panels within specialized metal framing, then secure the framing around the panels.
The system allows the panels to be installed continuously from one side, forming a complete wall assembly that provides the required fire rating.
