New interior rooms are being framed at 623–627 Cleveland Street as crews install light-gauge metal track and studs. The framing establishes spaces for restrooms and utility rooms, along with partition walls that define the new interior layout. As these spaces take shape, the work prepares the building for the next phase of mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation.
