Workers are installing steel reinforcing bars within the existing foundations at 639 Cleveland Street to tie in the new wall footings. Crews position the bars within the prepared openings and secure them in place as part of the new foundation connections. The reinforcement will link the new wall footings with the existing foundations and support the new exterior masonry walls.
