Masonry Channels Opened in Existing Walls at 623–627 Cleveland Street

Workers remove masonry with handheld demolition tools.
Crews use handheld demolition hammers to remove masonry between vertical wall cuts, creating channels within the existing wall.

Construction specialists are opening vertical masonry channels within the existing walls at 623–627 Cleveland Street. Following the initial wall cuts, workers carefully remove masonry between the openings to create narrow channels while preserving surrounding wall sections. The completed channels provide space for the next stage of reinforcement work as renovation continues.
