Reinforcing steel work advances at 629–633 Cleveland Street as crews shape, assemble and install bars for the new footing structures. Workers measure individual pieces, form bends and secure the bars with tie wire before positioning the completed reinforcement within the footing areas. The installed steel will become part of the new foundation system once it is encased in concrete.
