At the Woolworth building, scaffolding has been set along the south wall as part of the exterior restoration. Crews pressure-washed away previous layers of exterior paint to prepare the wall for stucco. Once preparation was complete, crews began applying stucco to the wall. Using large flat tools, they covered the surface in broad strokes to create a smooth, even coat. The durable stucco finish will enhance the appearance of the back wall of the historic Woolworth building.
