Roofing crews continue installing barrel tiles along the Peoples Bank Building roofline, bringing a defining Mediterranean Revival feature of the 1910 structure close to completion. Working from a boom lift, installers fasten each tile into place and secure the overlapping system for consistent spacing and attachment.
The stepped tile pattern extends across the remaining sections of the roof edge, aligning with the building’s historic profile and establishing the deep overhang that once framed the façade. As this phase approaches completion, the roof system nears full restoration—rebuilding both its weather barrier and its architectural character, key components of the building’s original design.
