Overhead framing continues to take shape inside the Peoples Bank Building as crews advance the suspended ceiling grid system. Installers measure and secure metal framing components, carefully aligning each section with lighting, mechanical and ventilation systems located above the ceiling plane. Temporary lighting and clamps assist in maintaining accuracy as the grid is positioned and fastened.
This phase defines the structure of the finished ceiling, establishing precise elevations and the layout for integrated building systems. The work underway ensures that recessed fixtures, ductwork and electrical components align seamlessly within the final assembly—an essential step in shaping the building’s restored interior.
