Painters at the Woolworth Building are applying the final coat of a dark green paint to the southwest entryway—a color selected to enhance the building’s 1930s-style design. This historically inspired shade pairs with the newly installed dark wood doors and brass hardware, creating a cohesive look that replicates the era in which the building first stood. With this final coat in place, the painting phase for this portion of the building is now complete.
