The restoration of 623 Cleveland Street has officially begun with the completion of internal demolition. Crews selectively removed non-load-bearing elements, including drywall, partition walls and outdated mechanical systems.

Built in 1945, the building has served a variety of uses over the years—from a real estate office to boutique retail. Now, with the interior stripped down to its core, the building is ready for its next chapter. New floors, walls and infrastructure will follow.
