Roof Removal Advances at 629–633 Cleveland Street

At 629–633 Cleveland Street, crews are removing the severely weathered roof as part of the building’s full roof replacement. Workers strip away layers of roofing material, then carefully demolish the gypsum decking while protecting the original bar joists.

With the roof removed, the structure is prepared for the next phase of work, including new roofing designed to support long-term durability and energy performance.
