Roofing Materials Are Delivered to the Woolworth Building

Crews at the Woolworth building have received a shipment of roofing materials, marking an important step in the restoration. A flatbed truck arrived on-site carrying pallets of thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing material, which were lifted onto the roof by crane. On the roof, crews staged the materials in preparation for installation. Before the roofing material can be installed, insulation will be placed to provide thermal resistance and durability.
