Fresh rubber flooring was installed on the back stairwell of the historic Telephone Building, marking another step toward finalizing the interior.

The durable, slip-resistant surface by Nora Flooring covers all four flights of stairs and landings in the rear stairwell, replacing worn, unsafe materials. The installation was performed by a skilled crew over the course of a week.

Rubber flooring is carefully measured and trimmed for a precise stair fit.

The material selection complements the building’s restored finishes while providing ease of maintenance and long-term durability, which are essential for high-traffic service areas. This upgrade ensures that the passage is both safe and consistent with the overall architectural tone of the space.
