This step allows the team to carefully lay out each tile and confirm spacing and alignment before anything is permanently set in place. By testing the layout first, crews ensure the finished floor matches the restoration plans and maintains a clean, consistent appearance throughout the space. Following dry-fitting, the tiles are secured with a cement-based adhesive for a durable finish.
