Concrete Pour Marks Key Phase in Peoples Bank Renovation

A key phase in the Peoples Bank renovation is now complete: Concrete has been poured to reinforce exposed slab and foundation areas, restoring the floor to its original grade. During interior demolition, crews uncovered several sections of the existing foundation and slab to inspect their condition.

Following inspection, they reinforced the exposed areas with rebar and mesh to ensure structural integrity. The openings were then filled with fresh concrete, carefully leveled to match the building’s original grade.

This critical step strengthens the foundation for upcoming construction and supports the building’s long-term structural restoration and future use.
