Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) installation at the Peoples Bank building is entering its final phase as crews apply the surface layers. The team is placing the finished, stucco-like coat, with the building’s selected paint color blended directly into the mixture. This integrated approach gives the façade a refined appearance while maintaining the durability of the system beneath it. As this stage wraps up, sections of scaffolding are beginning to come down, revealing more of the building’s restored exterior.
