The restoration of the Telephone Building continues with the fabrication of new corbels for the building’s iconic awning. These corbels, designed to exactly replicate the originals, are a key feature in restoring the building’s historic exterior.

Crafted from durable polymer material, the corbels have been engineered for weather resistance, ensuring that they stand the test of time while preserving the building’s aesthetic integrity. The fabrication process was meticulous, ensuring that each corbel mirrors the intricate design and proportions of the original.

Polymer corbel is readied for installation on the Telephone Building awning.

With the fabrication phase complete, the installation of the corbels has now begun. The installation process will continue in the coming days, bringing the Telephone Building closer to its full restoration.
