The finishing touches of the Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS)—a durable, stucco-like exterior system—are being applied to recessed façade areas at the historic Peoples Bank building. These sections are being finalized before newly crafted Mediterranean Revival tiles are installed. This ensures continuous insulation and structural integrity for the building.
As these finishing details move forward, the Peoples Bank façade continues its steady progress toward a refined and renewed architectural presence on Cleveland Street.
