Carpenters completed structural floor work on the second story of the historic Peoples Bank. To correct unevenness and prepare for future tenant use, the team first removed existing floor materials to expose the trusses. These trusses were then individually adjusted, either raised or lowered, to level the surface.
Contractors align new floor decking across the exposed truss framework.
New floor decking is secured in place as restoration progresses on the second story.
Precision measurements help preserve original framing lines as restoration continues.
With the framework realigned, new decking can be installed to create a consistent and secure walking surface across the upper floor.
