Mechanical system installation continues inside the Peoples Bank building as technicians assemble and position new HVAC units on the second floor.

Key components are installed before ductwork and refrigerant lines are connected to the air handlers. These components pull air into the system and remove heat to cool it, while the air handlers move conditioned air throughout the second floor. This work forms part of a high-efficiency HVAC system designed to support modern occupancy while remaining discreetly hidden within the historic structure.

With each unit set and connected, the building moves closer to a fully integrated mechanical system that will serve future tenants while preserving the architectural integrity of this 1910 landmark.
